Our dear customers, the return and exchange policy allows you to return the purchased goods and get a refund within one day from the date of purchase or exchange them for another product within three days from the date of purchase. Apply the following terms and conditions: 1- The goods must be unused and in their original condition. 2- The goods must be accompanied by the purchase invoice. The following goods cannot be exchanged or returned: figures, cosmetics, decoration supplies and jewelry, books, masks, hats, and pillows.
